First Round Winners of The Venture Forum’s 2013 Business Plan Contest

Four finalists for The Venture Forum’s 2013 Business Plan Contest were selected in a rigorous round of presentations and judging on October 5^th. The finalists will polish their business case presentations and present them to a panel of venture capital professionals and the general audience at the Business Plan Contest November 12^th at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. The winner will be awarded a cash and “in kind” package valued at over $10,000. The finalists are Cocoon Biotech, Energy Harvesters, Phonologics Inc., and Standard Genetics.
