Mr. Sullivan spoke of the strong educational foundation being built in plastics as many of his classmates at University of Lowell in Plastics Engineering were from India.  Mr. Manoj Bhardwaj spoke regarding the importance of building quality into their products and how good housekeeping and process controls are an important element of his factory.  It was clear that India has done well to build a nascent industry, but more work needs to be done.  Mr Sullivan expressing his entrepreneurial spirit encouraged many of the young engineers in the audience to be action oriented as there is a lot of work to be done to catch up with the medical industry in China and other parts of Asia.
